Return & Refund Policy

At Mazamazza, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an issue arises with your item or its delivery, please contact us for assistance. This policy does not affect your legal rights to withdrawal or your rights concerning incorrect, damaged, or defective items.

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Standard Refund Timeframes:

    • Within 15 Days of Delivery: Items are eligible for a refund within 15 days of delivery, even if they were delivered late.
    • Within 30 Days of Maximum Delivery Date: If an item has not arrived by this date, you may request a refund.
  2. Exceptions:

    • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Regardless of the standard refund timeframes, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, it is eligible for a refund and may need to be returned.

Standard Return Process

  • Return Request: Please submit a request for a return or refund within 15 days of delivery, or if the item hasn’t arrived, within 15 days of the maximum delivery date. Requests made beyond these timeframes may not be considered.
  • How to Submit a Return: Visit your order history on our website, locate the relevant order, and select Customer Support to initiate your request.

Return of Funds

  • Refund Processing: Once your return or cancellation request is approved, Mazamazza will refund the purchase amount along with standard shipping fees. Please note that special or expedited shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be your responsibility.

Order Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please do so promptly. Once the cancellation window has closed, order fulfillment, including shipping, may have already begun. If your item has shipped, you may need to wait until it arrives to cancel and request a refund.

Refund Exceptions

  1. Perishable Items: Most perishable items are non-refundable.
  2. Health & Hygiene Products: Certain items, such as skin lotions, toothpaste, and underwear, cannot be returned if opened or if the seal is broken.
  3. Perishable Food and Drink: Items with a limited expiration date are typically non-returnable, as defined under “perishable goods.”

Policies and Procedures

  • Mazamazza reserves the right to refuse any refund that is not in good faith or if there is suspicion of policy abuse or violations. You are responsible for covering return shipping costs and ensuring the item’s care during the return period.
  • Return Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging, with price tags, labels, and invoices intact. We recommend carefully packaging return items to avoid damage during transit.

Refund Timeline

  • Once received, returns will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the payment to reflect in your account.

Item Condition Requirements

  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
