The Platform is owned by Mazamazza Global Ventures LLC, a company incorporated under the Companies Act of New Jersey, with its registered office at 319 Tremont Avenue, East Orange, New Jersey 07018, USA (hereinafter referred to as “Mazamazza”).

By using the Platform, its services, and tools, you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”), as well as all applicable policies incorporated by reference. Should you engage in transactions on the Platform, you will be subject to the policies relevant to such transactions. By simply using the Platform, you are entering into a binding agreement with Mazamazza Global Ventures LLC, with these terms and conditions serving as your binding obligations with Mazamazza.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, “You” or “User” refers to any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer on the Platform by providing Registration Data as a Registered User using computer systems. Mazamazza permits Users to browse the Platform or make purchases without registering. The terms “We,” “Us,” and “Our” refer to Mazamazza Global Ventures LLC.

Accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Platform signifies your acceptance of these Terms of Use, so please review them carefully before proceeding. By either expressly or impliedly accepting these Terms of Use, you also agree to be bound by Mazamazza Policies (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy).

Membership Eligibility

Transactions on the Platform are available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the New Jersey Contract Act. Individuals deemed “incompetent to contract” under this Act, including undischarged insolvents, are not eligible to use the Platform. If you are a minor, i.e., under 18 years of age, you may use the Platform only with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Should a minor wish to transact on the Platform, a legal guardian or parent must conduct the transaction. Mazamazza reserves the right to terminate your membership and/or deny you access to the Platform if it is discovered you are under 18 and transacting on the Platform.

Your Account and Registration Obligations

If you use the Platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password and are accountable for all activities conducted under your account. If the information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if Mazamazza reasonably suspects such, we reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or block access to your account indefinitely.

Your mobile number and/or email address is treated as your primary identifier on the Platform, and it is your responsibility to keep these details up-to-date. You agree to notify Mazamazza promptly if your mobile number or email changes by updating it on the Platform through a one-time password verification.

Mazamazza is not liable for activities or consequences of misuse of your account information, especially if you fail to update your contact information. If you share your account with others, they will have access to your information, and you are solely responsible for all actions taken under your account.

You are required to maintain the confidentiality of your account information and should not share your username or password with anyone, as doing so would breach these Terms of Use. It is also advised that you log out at the end of each session and immediately notify Mazamazza if unauthorized account use is detected. If a breach of security or misuse is suspected, Mazamazza may suspend your account and ask you to change your password.

You will have access to other Mazamazza group company apps through the same login. You consent to single login access for all apps owned by the Mazamazza group of companies.

Communications

When using the Platform or sending data or communications to us, you consent to receive communications from us via electronic records as needed. We may communicate with you through email or other electronic or manual means.

Commercial/Contractual Terms

All commercial terms between Buyers and Mazamazza (on behalf of Sellers) include pricing, shipping costs, payment methods, delivery periods, warranties, and after-sales service. Discounts and offers are extended by Mazamazza on behalf of vendors.

Mazamazza does not explicitly endorse or support the sale or purchase of any product or service on the Platform and accepts no liability for errors or omissions on behalf of itself or third parties. Mazamazza cannot guarantee that Buyers will fulfill transactions concluded on the Platform.

Mazamazza also disclaims representation or warranty regarding item specifics such as title, creditworthiness, or identity of any User. Mazamazza reserves the right to disallow business purchases on the Platform. You are responsible for independently agreeing upon delivery, payment, and insurance terms on the Platform. Please be aware that there may be risks in dealing with minors or individuals acting under false pretenses.

Charges

Mazamazza may charge a nominal fee for browsing and purchasing on the Platform. Mazamazza reserves the right to amend its Fee Policy, including the introduction of new services or modification of existing services. Any changes to the Fee Policy will be posted on the Platform and will become effective immediately upon posting. Unless otherwise specified, all fees will be quoted in USD, and you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including those governing payments.

Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform solely within the bounds of the following principles:

• You will not host, display, upload, or share any information that:
  • Belongs to another person or violates any applicable law.
  • Contains harmful or offensive material, such as obscene, pornographic, or defamatory content.
  • Advocates illegal or harmful activities.
  • Infringes on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
  • Contains software viruses or code designed to disrupt the Platform.
  • Encourages illegal activities or violates privacy laws.

Mazamazza reserves the right to bar any automatic or manual processes, such as deep-linking or page scraping, used to access, copy, or monitor any part of the Platform. You agree not to manipulate any headers or identifiers to disguise the origin of messages sent to Mazamazza.

Mazamazza will handle your information according to its Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you are responsible for providing accurate product or service information for sale. Unauthorized chain letters, junk emails, or unsolicited communications to other Users via the Platform are prohibited.
