DONRIGHT Dried Ewedu Powder/Jute leaves/ Molokhia/ Ayoyo

Ewedu is a leafy green cultivated in West Africa, South East Asia and Middle East. It contains Vitamins A, C and E. It helps increase collagen making skin firm and beautiful. It also aids in digestion.
It is a popular ingredient in Nigeria which is used in our traditional Dish, “Ewedu and Stew”.
All you need do is measure desired quantity in a bowl and add hot water. Mix into a thick paste and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Then add more water and stir to get a slimy consistency. Add desired spices, e.g we use “iru”, and cook for 1-2mins more.
