HOW TO PREPARE

Pour gari into bowl and add 1/4 cup of hot water, add more garri if it is too soft or add more water if it is too hard. Stir to firmness.
The Garri can also be taken when soaked with water, sugar and milk eaten with a spoon like cereal. Serve with soup or stew.
