Nusfaks Ijebu Garri can be eaten without further cooking, as a snack, by placing it in a bowl and adding cold water, sugar, groundnut and milk. Pour gari into bowl and add 1/4 cup of hot water, add more garri if it is too soft or add more water if it is too hard. Stir to firmness.
