REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Our goal is for customers to be happy with their purchase, but we understand things may not always go as planned. If there are any issues with your item or delivery of your item, contact us for assistance. This policy does not limit your legal rights of withdrawal or any rights you may have in relation to incorrect, damaged or defective products.

Many items are eligible for a refund within: 15 days of delivery—the refund window will begin on the day of delivery, even if the item was late. 30 days of the maximum delivery date if the item hasn’t arrived.

Exceptions : Some items have exceptions. See the Exceptions section below to learn more about which items are treated differently and how. Damaged, defective, or incorrect item received. If an item arrives and it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect (even if it has an exception), it is eligible for a refund and may need to be returned.

The Standard Returns Process

Please submit a request for a return or a refund within 15 days of delivery. If the item hasn’t arrived, please request a refund within 15 days of the maximum delivery date. We have no obligation to consider a request placed outside 15 days of the date of delivery or the maximum delivery date.

Return and refund requests should be placed from within the website – locate the order in your order history and click Customer Support.

Return of Funds – After Mazamazza approves a return or cancellation or withdrawal and (in certain cases) confirms the return of the item, Mazamazza will return the amount of the purchase and the standard shipping fees. Any special or expedited shipping fees will not be refunded and (as described above) in some cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or withdraw from a purchase please do so as quickly as possible. After your cancellation window closes, fulfillment of the order, including shipping in some cases, has typically begun. If the item has already shipped, then you may need to wait until your receipt of the item to cancel/withdraw and request a refund.

Refund Exceptions

Perishables – If the item you order is perishable, it is not eligible for return or refund in most cases. Excluded Items – Certain Health & Hygiene Items (e.g. skin lotion, toothpaste, underwear etc) are not eligible for return or refund if the seal is broken (i.e it has been opened). You will not be entitled to this cancellation period should the item(s) being considered for return is something that deteriorates quickly or has a limited expiration date. Policies and Procedures

Mazamazza reserves the right to refuse any refund ,if is not it in a good faith or  suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the condition of use and the customer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods and will have a duty to take  care for the goods during the refund period. Items being returned should be sent in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices. We strongly advise that the return packets are carefully and adequately packaged so that potential damage to the goods in transit can be limited. 

Once we have received the goods we will process your refund back onto the same payment method used at the time of purchase; after your refund has been processed please allow 5 working days for payment to be credited.

The item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. This Policy may be updated from time to time
