Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor on the Mazamazza marketplace! Please carefully read the following terms and conditions to understand the vendor requirements, procedures, and expectations.
1. Eligibility and Registration
- Mazamazza welcomes vendors from Nigeria and Africa who wish to sell their products internationally through our platform.
- To register as a vendor, please contact our Customer Service Team at our Lagos, Nigeria headquarters. They will assist you with the registration process.
2. Product Submission Process
- Mazamazza currently accepts products sourced from Nigeria for sale worldwide.
- Once registered, our team will review your application within 48 hours. If you don’t receive a response within this timeframe, you may follow up with us directly by phone or email.
3. Product Shipment and Storage
- After approval, you will ship your products to our designated warehouse in New Jersey, USA.
- Please provide accurate and detailed information about each product. Our online team will manage the uploading of product listings to the Mazamazza website.
- We handle international shipping of products from Nigeria to our U.S. warehouse by air or sea.
4. Product Listing and Sales Notification
- Once your products are stored in the New Jersey warehouse and listed online, they are available for global purchase.
- Mazamazza will handle all product listing details. When your product sells, you’ll receive email notifications regarding the sale, and payment will be sent to your registered account.
