    Easy to cook and enjoy. Cook it just like cream of wheat and I add milk powder. you have the perfect balanced meal with complete protein, Wow. Tastes a little nutty ---- takes on the flavor of anything you put in it. Try other combinations.

    I bought this to make some recipes from the kitchen cookbook. Using it for the first time and honestly I got more than what i wanted. Although I realized I’d use so much of this (like 4 Tbsp per recipe) I would’ve purchased it again.
