Direction for Use:

Preparation:
* Add 2 cups of water in a pot and allow to boil,
•While the water is still boiling,add 1 cup of Fonio Flour a little at same, make sure to stir at same time with ladle so that it doesn’t come out with lumps,
* Cover the pot for 3 minutes and the swallow is ready to serve with any soup of your choice
For porridge:
•Mix 2 spoons of Fonio Flour in 1 cup of water and set to boil in a pot
* Stir very well till it thickens and it’s ready to serve
For Pancakes:
* 3/4 cup of fonio flour+2 mashed bananas+ 1egg+1/2tsp baking soda (optional)mix the batter with a little water and fry on a low heat till brown on both sides.
* For baking :It serves as a gluten free,fibre rich replacement of white flour.
